im hoping some of you out there can shed some light on this for me, i have searched here but must have searched the wrong keywords because i didnt come up with much...

anyways, i am replacing my stock rear lights with just 2 turn signals, which i want to run as stop, turn and running lights. now, i keep seeing things about certain modules, but it appears many of them are for keeping the center brake light when adding this ability, so i just dont know what i actually all need to do this.

so if somebody could tell me exactly what i need for all this (dual load eqs, diodes, modules, etc) that would be super cool.

i have 2 bolt lights for the license plate i need wired in, and 2 3led mini red lights for the back. also, i want to wire up front led turn signals, do i actually need a whole other load eq or anything like that?

im pretty confused by this all, for some reason, and just decided to ask the experts :)

Are the lights LED? That'll effect your flasher.

Otherwise this: http://www.amazon.com/Curt-Manufacturin ... +converter is all you need. Connect the wires as shown.

I run exactly what you're talking about on my bike. Two turn signals for brake/turn/tail and LED tag lights. With regular bulbs in my turn signals the stock flasher works.

Yeah the converter box is digital and it'll work with LED or bulbs. You would either need to up the resistance in the line with the LED's or replace the flasher with one that works with the LEDs. Both options have been discussed on here alot. Look for member Metal_Bob. He has links in his signature for all his LED work.

Mine works fine. I have no complaints over it. It does what it says it does. Has for a couple years. As bright as the bulbs wired straight to a battery.
