This is my bike so far it is a project with a long way to go. im waiting on my shocks for the back and have to build a wiring harness which is kicking my butt, also replacing all of the front brakes system with new ones. Next i will be taking it to a shop to have a valve job done

In the process of replaces rear drum brakes, and all new front brake system and lines, next is valve job and new gaskets, then hopefully my new shocks come in and then to build a rear fender, the wiring harness is beyond me and kicking my butt completely.

Long way to go, but I think it'll look great when it's done. I'll drag up the simplified harness, posted it for someone else the other day too so know where it's hidden haha. Just be aware that there's a hard to see grey wire from the ignition pickups to the TCI in it, don't forget that or the bike'll run on 2 cylinders lol

Really nice. You should check out my build. Might help with how to easily make it a rigid frame without all of the extra metal.

I think he was planning to run shocks, although IMO it'd look nice as a hardtail too...

jmilliken, where did he say about going to a shop? Didn't see anything about a shop, Am I losing (what's left of) my mind? :?

EDIT-: wibble 8O  yep am going crazy, it's right there in the first post just didn't see it cos the pictures are so big...

sorry yea i dont know engine too well so i dont want to rip into a mess up so i want to do all new gaskets and new shims on the valves and maybe if the shop doesnt charge the daylights outta me go ahead and do the starter chain guide, but i wish i could do it myself just skeptical, and yea i was thinking of doing a hardtail i think it would look better my cousin is a really good welder, the black strips are also coming off i just want the steel look plain and simple, and thank you everyone for your input i appreciate all of it, first build hope it comes out well i can post a pic of what is was when i bought it if i can find it.
