I have an 83 RK Seca with factory fairing and hard bags. The master cylinder is mounted remotely under the fairing where it is inaccessible. I really don't want to pull the fairing off to get to it. I can find nothing in the service manual that refers to it and/or how to get at it without removing the fairing. Any suggestions would be welcome. There are some pic's of the bike in my gallery.

Remove the fairing. Even on bikes without the fairing the headlight has to come off in order to get to the master cylinder. There simply isn't enough room to get the fasteners, or the assembly, out otherwise. If you find that you can't get the fairing back on, just ship it to me (I'll pay the postage)

Thanks for the info. That is what I thought, just wanted confirmation. Not to worry, I will get the fairing back on. These are kind of rare, aren't they. Thanks for the help.........
