who's made a custom fiberglass seat????

I don't like flex, that and too much and then the seat pan will distort if its metal and then you get the material going slack as well, and it just turns into a terrible headache. I rather have it rigid, bolted to the frame and that seat not moving about on me.

 

I don't mean that the whole seat would move, I'm saying that you rather want flex in a (thin) material then hard and brittle,

And since it's on a frame that also flexes you don't want it to be rigid, steel with fiber on it has a good chance to come apart when applied to stress (flex, vibration, fat asses an so on).

 

Well then, I guess its a good thing I am not a fat ass! HAHA!

I will look into it on the web and see what others have done.
