electrical bugs help.

    I have an 83 550 maxim i have worked out most of it's problems but these least few have me stumped. I have no power to my head light although i have power to my horn and turn signals. Also my left turn signal does not blink if the front brake is applied it just stays solid. I also have a bright neon green connector in my headlight bucket that i can't seem to find a mate for. If anyone could lend a hand i would appreciate it.

    Are you checking for headlight power after the engine is running? There is a relay that turns it on only after the engine is on.

    The turn signal sounds like a grounding problem.

    I was not checking it while running it's good to hear i didn't have another electrical bug to work out. I've got the blinkers pretty much worked out i cleaned up some connections now they just blink slower when the brakes are applied.
