Hardly HG, the participation on this forum has been very enjoyable. You just keep being yourself! Oh yeah, I'm working a deal for parts on the stable queens, I'm trying to get one of them road worthy before the end of the year.

    Congratulations!!!

Can I still keep being myself; too???

I'm making book this increases your online time and places the possibility of you getting either "(under construction)" or "(ditto)" running before the stroke of 2007 -- a long-shot -- REAL long!

    You have my support.
    Best wishes,
    Rick Massey

    Marnin' y'all. >tips hat<

I don't think anyone really has to change anything, it's just spreading the day to day running amoungst three instead of one.

    It's great being here,
    Woot.

Hey, isn't that Sno's badge? Polock, very nicely done.
Rick, thanks for your encouragement. If the package from Chacal gets here before next month, I've a fighting chance at getting the Max up.
Hvnbnd, Rob, thank you both for your words. I think I can say that it is due to the great comradiery shared here that I'm thrilled to be selected. I'm certain it was a very difficult selection process with so many other well qualified candidates. Sno must have had his work cut out for him. I'm here to help in any way I can. Oh yes, thanks to Rick I'm going to try out a new avatar. Big thanks to you Rick.

Wow, Great news! Robert and Woot are certainly among the most best here. Both have offered advice and insight to me that I can't describe. I was afraid that Woot would stop dropping by after selling his Maxim. Good job of giving him a reason to stay Snow.

Nah, just a week for a dental convention. Convention was boring and the shows were too expensive to go to one. I wanted to see Carrot Top but his show was $60.

That was cheap by comparison to my Blue Man Group tickets ($85 a head). If you go often, no great loss. If you visit only occasionally, live a little and spend the dough. Dental convention eh? Hygenist or PhD?

not trying to be a newbie sneaking up to the big dog porch but...I need opinion from the pros. i've been a honda guy til recently. I'm sorry! But one ride on a worn out seca made me see the light. I do love the performance of my intercepter and have reconfigged my seca( bought it immediately after the ride) to perform similarly. Please look at my photo and give any opinions, ideas as to what i did with this bike. It is my first do it yourselfer, it did have a huge fairing on it. I've seen pictures of a model that looks similar to what i've done and it had a belly pan. i want one. your comments will be appreciated and criticism is welcome

You might be thinking of the belly pan fitted to the FJ/XJ600 and some XJ900 models.

I think you can get aftermarket ones that are very similar to the Yamaha versions.

What ever YOU want to do is really what to do - everyone has different ideas. I'm personally not a bobber guy but what ever floats yer boat!

If the bike is new to you - and you don't know any history - check the rear brake shoes as these can delaminate.

There is a wealth of knowledge here (and a few fools like me who sold their bike and kick themselves every day now the summer is here).

    Welcome to the site.
