It happened in a blink of an eye.

For the first time in my 20 years riding, I laid her down. Did not see it coming. I was turning into work and the front end fell out from beneath me. Some one lost hydraulic (clutch or brake) fluid on the road. It was a clear dry day so I was not expecting the road to being slick. Other than a bent head light bucket and a cracked gauge housing the bikes fine. Me, a little rash on the left arm both knees and right thumb. Now as far as my pride,,,,, that's going to be a long road to recovery.

Glad to hear that you're OK.

You didn't lay the bike down, you crashed. Now is the time to assess what happened (looks like you already are), and learn from it.

Major bummer, but glad you're ok. You can always fix/replace a bike (not necessarily easy, but doable ), but people aren't so easily replaceable.

    Nasty.
In Massachusetts we get Road Grinder Grooves.
    Broken-up corners.
    Potholes.
    Ladders.

    You know the saying"

"Mister, there's only two types of motorcycle riders, the kind that's been down, and the kind that's goin' down."

I am glad to hear that because I have been working on y bikes without even riding them yet and yesterday I dropped the 750 taking it off the center stand. Lesson learned and got that out of the way
