rode to work today and I noticed my right flasher wasn't turning on but the left would. then after turning my left flasher on it wouldn't turn off. I just replaced the flasher relay so I'm thinking its something with the actual push switch in the handle. Any suggestions on the easiest way to fix this? I have the manual at home so I'll check that when I get back.

Take the switch apart and clean it like crazy with a wire brush. Add some dielectric grease, too. Fixed mine.

Check the solder joints in the indicator switch. Mine had a cold joint that would cause intermittent issues.

    It could be:

    A Bulb problem.
    A Bulb Socket problem.
    A Bad Ground.
    A Faulty Self Cancelling Module.
    Or a combination of ingredients.

If you go-after the Switch, ...
Remove the Control. Unplug it and do the Cleaning on the Bench.
    Have good light.
There are Springs and Ball Bearings that have been waiting for ages to be set free and quickly disappear.

Clean the Contacts with CRC or Contact Spray.
Dress the Contacts with an Ignition Points File or a Strip of 400 wrapped tight around a wooden coffee stir stick.

Sand a Brand-new Pencil Eraser to a Rounded Dome.
Have an Assistant use that Pencil to HOLD-down whatever you wish you had a third hand for.

I assumed there should be a screw in the top hole and found it below the silver part blocking the right turn signal. replaced that and shazam! it works! who knows how the hell it go there though!

Douche the whole Control with Electronic Parts Cleaner of a Bottle of Isopropyl Alcohol.

Dress the two Contacts with a Pumice Eracer.
