    maybe he accidentally put an extra zero in the price?

    While it looks very pretty, 4k is way too high for a 30 year old bike that hasn't been ridden in 10 years. It hasn't been upgraded (all the rubber will need to be replaced, money sez original brake lines, etc), and it's not even running. It's going to cost at least 1k to make it safe. Up north here that would go for 2k maximum.
