Sync Screws - What is the proper lubrication to use with degreased sync screws? Is graphite a better choice than lithium or oil? Anti-seize?

Throttle shaft seals - Is anything better than silicone grease?

Pilot Screws - Anti-seize on the Pilot screw threads?

Drain bowl screw threads- anti seize?

Jet threads - Anything on the threads to the jets?

Enrichment plunger or cap - Silicone grease?

Diaphragm - Though not lubrication, is there anything beneficial to apply to the diaphragm to maintain its elasticity?

    Thanks!

Here's what I prefer to use:

Sync Screws-nothing (keep them dry as any lube will let you're sync settings go out of sync frequently). Make sure the tip of the screw is smooth so you can get the fine adjustments needed.

Throttle shaft seals-Silicone grease is best

Pilot screws-you could use anti-seize, but I prefer just using silicone grease on the o-rings. Also, make sure you cap them off to prevent any infiltration of dirt or moisture.

Drain bowl screw threads-Anti-seize is best.

Jet threads-nothing (they are submerged in gas and no lube will last).

Enrichment plunger or cap-Silicone grease is best.

Diaphragms-Chacal has a special RnR fluid available that does the trick:
**HCP8540 Aftermarket carb diaphram rubber RnR FLUID. Dissolved and chlorinated paraffin wax is the best (and perhaps the only) way to safely bring some life back into stiff, worn rubber material... such as that found in those all-important carb piston diaphrams. Years of hard life inside of your carb take their toll, and whenever your carb is apart for service, and generous application of this product will help to clean, maintain, and restore the flexibility, while prolonging their usable service life. 10cc dripper bottle contains enough fluid to do about eight diaphrams. Simple to use, spread on, wait a few seconds, wipe off, repeat and you're done!**

Do not lube any aluminum parts with graphite!! It will cause a galvanic reaction and eat away the aluminum. Same with Simple Green, it will eat aluminum.

Find something else to lube and wash aluminum with!
