Local scrap yard has a day coming up where you pay 50 bucks admission for all you can carry out. Heading down Sat. for a few doors for my wife's Protege.

Anybody think of anything I could grab for the XJ rebuild? Plug wires? Relays? Fuse box?

Not sure what they have in way of bikes. People have been known to drag out small car engines. They charge you an extra 50 but you get it back of you return the old one.

Guys load up hoods and doors and carry them out. All you have to do is carry it around 10 feet past the exit line and it's yours. People usually go the night before and take parts off and hide them in trunks etc.

There is a not too far away u-pull bike/snowmobile yard. Will have to check it out. Wish they had the same deal.
