    Grab an old cotton clothesline.
    Cut yourself (4) 4-Foot Sections.
    Take one ... find the middle ... make 2-Inch Loop ... fold loop 2X gathering the Middle 6-Inches of them rope.
    Soak Middle-6 in Chrome Polish.
    Wrap --> Once, ... around Header Pipe.
    Use "Shoeshine Method" to easily Polish Pipes.

    Buff with dry clothesline.
