Ive got to get a brake booster for my 82 750 Seca, are these ok or are they dodgy? I quite like the silver.

    Brake booster

    Thanks

Note the angle of the reservoir in relation to the handlebar clamp.

That particular unit is made for a bike with "buckhorn" style bars like the ones listed; on a bike with a flatter bar the reservoir won't be at all level. I take it you're retrofitting the Seca with a tube-type handlebar?

I didnt know what the bars were called. After a quick Google search, yeh thats what i have. Come to think of it, i hate them, they make me feel like my elbows are touching together and are uncomfortable for my wrists.
I think im going to get some new bars. I do have the original bars that the plastics go on but they dont feel much better. Ive rode motocross bikes all my life and it really freaks me out every time i hop on the bike.

Thanks for pointing that out BF.

Any suggestions for a cylinder? The bars that i get will be much more user friendly.

I ordered a brake reservoir for a Yamaha Raptor 660 to put on my drag bars. I haven't got anything installed yet so I have no idea if it will work, but I really see no reason why it wouldn't.

The remote seca master cylinder is 11/16th so the 5/8 master should have a better 'feel' to it. Looks right to me, i can't see any reason not to use it.
