    Hey all,

    I joined this forum on Feb 4, 2013 and what a year this has been. I want to wish everyone a Happy, Prosperous and Healthy New Year to come.

    I have come to know many of you only by your posts, which Bloke takes the award for the most, but don't take me wrong, he sure does know his stuff about these bikes. With him, Fitz, Rick, K-moe, Polock, Cyclenoob, Jmiligan, Hogfiddles, Chacal and so many more this forum would be not only boring, but useless.

    Over the last year I have witness many come and go, then the ones determined. Like the young man from Dakota's...Silent Raven. Oh what a dreadful start to owning and restoring a XJ...I know it is down right cold there now, but in the spring I think we shall hear from him again. He sure is determined to have the XJ running.

    Then the trip that Mtnbikecrazy took us all on and the adopted cat along the way. Priceless...

    I know that I am forgetting some and their stories, but I just wanted to let SnoSheriff and everyone else how much I for one appreciate the existence of this forum and all who participate.

    Same here. I'm thankful for this site ... I don't think here are are many/any other Japanese bikes with such a devoted and knowledgable following, website, along with great parts from guys like chacal.

    I am truly flattered to be mentioned here. thanks bruceb. especially since you have been a member longer than I. I also feel blessed to have not only bought an early 80's xj, but to have found this forum as well. the main members (mostly listed above) are what make this forum what it is. I for one am glad about that and happy to be a member, happy new year everyone!
