These pictures were taken shortly before the paint mishap.

I pulled out the ol' FJ after finishing that stupid CX500 behind it. Its a good bike but i'm sick of looking at it. Been trying to sell it for what i believe dirt cheap for months but thats another story.

First i need help aquireing seals for my brake calipers. The ones between the two halfs of the calipers to transfer fluid to the other pot. Long story short i rebuilt my calipers, except those which i didn't have in the kit and was unable to order due to non availablity. So fluid poured out all over the wheel... in a frantic wrenching to get them off and clean them before the paint stripped i scartched up the right shock, dissolved the paint on the wheel and now i have to redo the paint on both front calipers.

I wanted to redo it anyway but god what a start to the bike after weeks of nothing.

Here ya go! Straight outta Chacal's catalog...

    for all FJ600 models

HCP16489 Aftermarket front disc brake caliper body FLUID TRANSFER SEAL. The dual-piston calipers are on these models are actually two individual caliper "half sections", and there is a fluid transfer passage internal to the caliper bodies that allows brake fluid to circulate to-and-from each side of the caliper to the other. This passage is sealed by a rubber flat ring which becomes compressed over time. These replacement high-temperature, brake-fluid resistant o-rings perfectly replace the original flat ring and provide a fluid-tight seal for the fluid transfer passage. It's a good idea to replace these seals during any caliper rebuild procedure. Use 2 seals per caliper. Fits all XJ700, XJ750-X, and XJ750RL front calipers, and all XJ900RK, RL, N/FN, and F models front and rear calipers.

HCP16489SET4 Aftermarket front disc brake caliper body FLUID TRANSFER SEALS, set of 4 does two complete calipers:

I swear when i built them there was only one seal per caliper....

hmm, well how to i buy from this chacal?

I haven't posted much here, so excuse the stupid response.
Also unrelated to my issue but i need the complete engine gasket kit. I bought a few separate already because i didn't want the assembly open to the atmosphere which i've blown after months of having the cylinders off but i found an Athena gasket kit on amazon.

I know that the yx600 radian, the fz600, and ....something else besides the FJ600 use the same one. Do all the other variants use the same stem seals and head gaskets?

Also does this Chacal of them as well?
