    Does anyone know a custom head gasket company in california that can manufacture from a paper schematic? i have a few listed in mind, just wondering if anyone has had a good experience worth mentioning.

    Also, is anyone in need of this head gasket 1FG-11181-00-00,
    trying to have a few made if more than a couple of ppl need them. very rare and impossible to find.

    From Len's catalog (and Len knows almost everything):

    HCP4670 OEM cylinder HEAD GASKET, fits between the head and the cylinder jugs, for all XJ700 non-X (air-cooled) engines. Use 1 per engine. NOTE: XJ700 air-cooled owners can fit the XJ750 air-cooled engine head gasket (HCP4671) to their engines to achieve a lower compression ratio, as the XJ750 head gasket is approximately 0.15mm thicker than the XJ700 engine head gasket.

    The water cooled XJ700X does indeed have a different bore size from the XJ750, but the XJ700 (non-X) shares the same size bore as the XJ750 (65mm). The part number given by the OP is for the air cooled XJ700 head gasket.
