Dumb question about Brake Line

    tearing the bike down to sand and paint
    and pulled off the forks, noticed the break line
    is looped and split into the front
    I just ordered a single 39 inch steel braided line
    am I good to go with that
    or do I need to split it again
    it seems like a silly question and all
    just curious
