Will the brake lines from a 1985's XJ700N fit a XJ700XN???

    I want to replace the OEM brake lines on my 85 X with these from Paragon. I'm thinking since there both for nearly the same model that there won't be an issue for fit. But without dimensions I'm not exactly certain at this point.

    Just curious if anyone has replaced there brake lines with SS lines in either of these bikes.

    I have them on my 86. The brakes are the same on the standard and X model. No problem with fit, just get ready to learn to brake with only two fingers. I use one finger to haul mine to a stop. The first time was a real eye opener for me.

    p.s. Go for the clear covered ones, easier to keep clean(bugs).
