Need opinions,,,warped,,or just rebuild

    OK,I have an 82 xj750 seca,,an either the rotor(s) are warped or the caliper(s) are hanging up or both. There are blackish marks on the outer edge which is about 5" . What should I do?

    Sorry,guess I should've mentioned that I can here an intermittent rub as I ride.. I do think I need to overhaul the callers but I'm worried about the rotors too.

    Do you have a manual? That will show you how to check your rotor'(s). There good to have around.

    Yes I would say you need to rebuild your complete brake system.
    Brake lines
    M/c
    Calipers
    Pad

    And you need to checkout your back brake make sure it still in tacked.

    Search around this site and there's lots of info...
