What other engines fit in an xj550 frame?

    I was just wondering what other engines will fit in the 81 XJ 550 frame. I am new to this world and dont know much about them. Ive seen alot of threads on larger bike engine tranfers but not the 550.

    550 is chain drive while the 650 750 and 900 are shaft drive and all the larger motors have the basically same motor, makes swapping easy(ish) for the larger motors. The 550 is totally different. The 600 is chain drive as well but 50cc is not worth the effort of changing.
