Hey fellas I got in an accident the other day where I was stopped and got rear ended an pushed into another car so kinda sandwiched between the 2. I managed to make it out mostly unscathed but I wish I could say the same for Lucille. Cosmetically she's not too bad but she sustained a little damage to the front and back and I think her frame is tweaked cus the seat flew off when I got hit and it won't latch back down. Also she doesn't drive straight anymore idk if the forks got bent or just the handlebars but my question is how do I find out how much she was worth before the accident? KBB says $1250 in excellent condition from a dealer but she wasn't in excellent condition and I can't change that on their site or put in the mileage. Is there another site I can check it out on? Thanks guys

Or maybe one of you could tell me what she was worth? I paid $900 the Odometer says 7k but the speedometer didn't work when I got it so I have no idea how long it went without counting miles the tank is a little rusty inside and one of the exhaust pipes was rusted/burned out on the end. I would say she was in fair to good condition. New battery and reupholstered seat were good selling points

Try going to the NADA website. They give prices for poor, fair, good, very good and excellent. For my bike, 1982 XJ650 Maxim, they give the following values:

    Excellent $2265
    Very Good $1500
    Good $840
    Fair $495
    Poor n/a

    Hope this helps.
