    Looks like he just got a new (to him) bike that is missing the airbox.

    Bought the bike last summer as a resto job and have the famous pod problem. in spite of all the work and adjustments the bike loads up when taking off after it gets warm. Also seems like you have to slowly open throttle or if falls on its face.

    Can you even get the air box in or out of the frame with the engine in place? With my air cooled 700, the engine had to come out first.
