    Hey guys,

    I just recently picked up a 1985 DR125 and am having a little trouble with it. It seems that the throttle cable and or slide is hanging up somewhere somehow. I took the tank off the other day (previous to the issue I am writing about) and when I put it back on, I routed the cable under the tank rubber things (grommets?) and had the same issue. I've since re routed the throttle cable and ridden it and didn't have this issue. On my last ride the exhaust broke off so I've had it welded and put it back on. Now I have this throttle issue again! Im planning on replacing the cable. Any other ideas? (carb is clean BTW)

    For the record, my XJ is still running strong! (Minus an oil leak on the valve cover)
