Did you make sure that the well in the bowl is open? there is a very tiny jet in the bottom of the well. The larger hole at the bottom allows gas to fill into the well, the jet meters the gas that is picked up by the enricher tube. The tube and the jet need to be clear. I use banjo and dulcimer string ends to clean these out. Once the tube is clean, you can blow or suck air through it.....not a lot, but enough to feel that it's definitely open. You'll know the jet at the bottom of the well is open once you can stick the carb spray tube down the well and it squirts a mean stream out the bottom hole------straight into your eye. Then, put the spray can tube right into the hole at the bottom of the corner of the carb, and the spray will spray a mean stream right out the top........right into your eye. I mean it's a seriously strong stream.....when that is open, it'll spray a good 10 ft or more.

If those wells are not clear, your enrichment circuit won't be able to pull fuel, and you won't be able to get the bike to start up cold.....

It's funny you mention this cuz I did spray carb cleaner all over myself when I did this! Lol
I was pretty thorough in my cleaning process as I know how important it is! Every hole I shot cleaner and air through exited on the other end! I did notice something last night after pulling the carbs yet again! I noticed that the arm that opens and closes the enrichment system was being prevented from opening fully as it was hitting the bottom of a protruding screw on the diaphragm! Was only preventing it by 2 - mm but I'm seriously hoping that this is the issue! Fingers crossed! Gonna re check everything else again seeing as carbs are off!
    Thx for the input!

Thanks for the link! I'm confident that I did make sure to clean thoroughly but I'm gonna follow this process for peace of mind!

    That could do it too!

Yeah, make sure that the pivot stop is on the enriched shaft the correct way and place, or it can hit a screw. If it does that, the the enriched wont open fat enough and the carbs act like you don't have the circuit open(enough).

Also, did take the butterflies off? If you did that and/or separated the rack, did you do a bench sync before putting the carbs back on the bike?

I hope this is the case brother! I did not mess with the butterflies nor did I separate the carbs! I did clean around them but that's it! And as far as syncing I only used the needle method to check it which was good! I don't have the sync gages and I figure this method should at least get it running and go from there!
    Cheers!

Wicked news everyone, my monster is alive and well!! Finally got my bike running today and she seems to be running nicely! When I had the carbs off I decided to take the bowls off and 2 of the 4 holes for the enrichment tube were blocked! They were free so what I think happened is crap came out of the fuel tank and got in there! I've now added a filter for the fuel! Next step is to fix the spring on the clutch as it's not springing back cuz now that she's running I wanna check the gears and then I can move on to working on some fun stuff!!
Wanna thank everyone for their help!! I'm sure I will have more questions! Lol
    Cheers!!

See ?!?!?! We're the repair shop that still allows you to walk right out to where the bikes are being worked on AND we say, "C'Mere......look at this, this is how it goes....Here, do it yourself---you're allowed to!"

We don't have the safety inspectors tell us, "Sorry, you can't be out there anymore......you can't even peek through the crack in the door, either".

You're gonna be fine, and you're learning how to fix your bike YOURSELF. Awesome, ain't it??!?!?:)
