82 XJ650 luggage rack/back rest

    Ok so I bought a sissy bar/luggage rack on ebay from a guy claiming he had it on his XJ750. However after recieving it its obvious that if he did he had to have had custom brackets(?). The mount is to wide but not terribly so,so my question is if anyone has installed something similar on their xj and where you got the brackets. The setup is a K&N luggage rack/backrest. Thanks
