Headlight question

    I just got back from work and sadly realized the small headlight in my 85 xj700 really sucks. Small line of light beams out in front of the bike. Goes about 25 feet and not very wide. High beam works pretty well but low beam is, how do you say it, lacking in a big way. Has anyone installed a larger diameter headlight from another yamaha. One that may bolt up without too much modification. Looks like one from a Same vintage Virago may work. Any suggestions.

    allot of guys swap to a round headlight if they don't like the square one or just upgrade what they have with a 4H bulb kit if they like the square one.
