The Site Vendor Chacal has jets, but I've never heard of anyone WANTING a 43 Pilot Jet.

The Mains should be more like 126's

Are your floats set correctly - - and your valves ??

Well, if that doesn't work, you can always go to a hardware store that has a complete drill index, and drill out your stock jets.

You can drill and test - - drill and test until you find what works right for your bike.

Then post-up your results in the thread "Success Stories. . . "

    POD thread here

Way too big. You should be able to tune it without changing the pilot jet if you get a color tune tool it helps immensely. I got a small set of bits with a pin vice from ebay cheap. The size of the jet is the size of the hole, i.e. a 120 is 1.20, I was running a 132 before I changed my set up and that worked well for me. The needle height is something you'll have to get the bike test drivable to dial in.

I dont really understand how to read the charts. I got a 120 main jet an I wanna go up 5 so should I go to 26 or bigger? An my ports a 40 I was gonna go up 2. or 2.5 so should I go 42 or 43?

The chart I linked to is for determining the size jet you have based on drill size. I thought that you said you were not sure if the jets you have were drilled out or not.

To go up 5 from stock you would need a 1.25 mm drill bit ten up would be 1.30. The stock Jerry is 1.20 mm.

You mean pilot fuel jet? I didn't changed mine, was able to richen it enough with the mixture screws. .... that's where a color tune comes in handy.

I believe so. They aren't cheap, but it's one of the best things I've invested in for tuning. You might be able to get it tuned without one, but if you want the razors edge I'd recommend it.
