    Hope it has an opening in the front or I would be worried about over heating if the carbon dioxide didn't get me first. Besides, it just "ain't" cool!

    The wind is puffing it up, there's a bike tire track right next to the car tire track, the dotted lines show the camera is in a moving vehicle, the reflection on the road is accurate....... I don't think it is a photoshop job.....

    What I actually suspect this is is a stationary bike; I think you can see the guy standing *beside* it. So, maybe it broke down somewhere and he's fixing it. Maybe he's in a lane reserved just for scooters?
