Looking for pictures....rear brake linkage xj550 or similar

for the life of me I cannot help to feel I'm putting this together wrong. Granted my entire rear swing arm is custom(mono shock conversion) but I still think I'm putting it together wrong. I can't find any diagrams or close up pictures of where there at brake lever is attached and where the spring is set(you know on the frame). If somebody could go out to their garage and snap a few that would be very helpful. As always thank you in advance.

I recall it was tricky getting teh return spring in the correct orientation - if that's where you're stuck..
