    Hello,

I have a 92' Seca II that starts right up without any assistance from
the choke, hard to start with choke on. It also runs through all the
gears fine if kept below 4k rpm. It does the same (runs) if kept above
5k rpm. Between 4-5k rpm it tends to hesitate (spit and spudder)? Has
anyone else experience this type of problem? Any solutions would be
    greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This choke issue sounds like little too rich mixture to me. What about pilot screws?

    I don't know about this 4-5000 rpm...
