I'm looking for a set of BT45s; Front 100/90 19 Rear 110/90 18 but can't find them in a matched set. What I mean is finding both in a H or V speed and tubeless. It seems like the H rated tires are all tubeless except for the 100/90/19. Why would they make the 19 inch one a tube type? I really don't want to run a tube. The V rated tires don't give a tube or tubeless designation. All said I just want a matching set.

You didn't mention what bike, but my '81 xj 550 seca has the following tubeless tires:
    Frontwheel 100/90-19 m/c 57V
    Rearwheel 110/90-18 m/c 61H
They work together perfectly for me.
I bought these tires à couple of months ago, so they should still be available.

Forgot the obvious: both are Bridgestone BT45 Battlax of course.

Go ahead and mix the H and V tires. They look identical and the only difference is a little more max speed with the V tire (which you won't use anyhow).

Unless a tire says tube type it will be a tubeless tire.

[IMG] Thanks for the responses. From what I have read you should avoid mixing a V with a H even if it is the same style. The V will have a stiffer construction to handle the greater speed. Stiffer is better at high speed but a compromise at lower speed cornering. As a rule you get better handling with an H.
I agree the mismatch is slight but I like to push the envelope when cornering so I want it all. Anyway the bike is a SR500.
Attached is a picture (I hope it works) of the footpegs of my RD350 after a run on the Dragon. I run BT45s in a H rated speed.

Well the immage didn't come through. It is stored in Dropbox. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

Does anybody know how to post pictures from Dropbox?
    Thanks in advance, Ron
