I'm looking for a new master cylinder. I want one that doesn't have the mirror mount and also possible isn't attached to the brake lever. Is that possible? Has anyone seen one? I switched to drag bars and I could really use a flatter mounting on the bar.

so i searched seca brakes on ebay, and i havent found one with a remote reservoir. what year should i be looking for? and second of all, for a brake system to work correctly, isnt the master cylinder supposed to be at the highest point in the brake system? i.e. why vehicles' are mounted on the top section of the firewall, and why rear hyd brake systems on quads, bikes etc. have the master cyl above the foot pedal?

the seca MC needs the seca headlight bracket to mount to, the reservoir isn't remote the whole MC is remote and operated by a cable

ooh ok i got ya. that makes more sense. but seems like a lotta extra crap just to hide a MC thats not even that big in the first place.
