Just found this oasis last night, and browsed around for a while. nice site for sure, really impressed with what allot of guys are doing to their bikes. Mine started off as a bobber project from my buddy who I bought the bike from. He and the guy who owned it before him started removing electrical that's not needed stuff like that, buddy chopped the back off making it look like this

I havent done much to it other than add some ammo cans for bags kind of turning it into a rat bike making it look like this

Shes not the prettiest thing on the road but shes mine! I currently have it torn down swapping motors and my and a friend are working to rebuild her. Thanks to this forum I found the minimal wiring schematic and we are going to use it on the bike as part fo the rebuild. Must say glad to be here and what a cool site.

Trying to figure out if it is (was) a 750 Seca or not... Master cylinder on the handle and the tank are throwin me off! You may want to add bike info to your signature so we know your ride. There are lots of differences between XJ models.
Looks like you've got a decent start there. Keep us posted on the progress!

Hey, let me know how it went with minimum wiring? Starting to look into it now. Have you done it?
