    Hey guys, new to the forum and a new 1981 xj650 maxim owner....I recently replaced the stock exhaust with a 4-1 exhaust kit. I also replaced the factory air box with 4 K&N pod air filters....Curious if this post already exists, but any info and links to posts about re-jetting and/or adjusting carburetors after these modifications would be greatly appreciated! lovin the forum btw

    There was a thread on "pod success stories", lost the link. If you can't find that thread, click on the XJ4ever icon at the top left of this page. You'll have to look thru a few pages, but you'll find jetting recommendations for 4 into 1 exhaust and pods. Hang on to your carb to airbox boots, you may need to velocity stack the pods.
