Hey all, Just wanna say Hi and add that I've been enjoying this site for some time now. There is more information and knowledge on here than I can soak up. Anyway, My project is a 1982 SECA 550. I've been refurbishing this bike for close to two years now and got most of my help researching this site. I would like to thank everyone on this site for the wealth of information I've gotten and that which I will seek. Here are some pics. of my project. Looking good. Is it running good for you? I'm still trying to finalize my XJ550R before paint. Thinking I will go with an 81 color scheme. What idea's do you have for your paint scheme?

Welcome, nice bike! I've always liked the look of the Seca's, considering one after the Maxim is done.

Mines a true '82 barn find with 1300 original miles, Last plated in '88. The tank is a '81(couldn't find a '82 that was even reasonably priced)
The original tank was stolen so I picked up the '81 for a good price, It will be repainted to original '82 specs, as is the rest of the bike, OEM for this one. Other than that, everything has come around good. It runs fine, except for the carbs need some help, PIA. They are a work in progress. I'm from the Jackson area BTW.
    Thanks

Thanks for the compliments and invites but this is the last bike I have and , unfortunately, I will probably sell it due to back problems I've been having lately.
