    Comp' at 60 psi, should be 90, new rings at least, got the new tank CG 125, wheels to be re-spoked with polished SS, new oversize tires, to be Continental Twin Duro, Front 120x90x19- Rear 140x80x17, will fit a K&N pod & enlarge the main to 180 & lift the needle 1mm. Rear part of the frame has to be cut away & rebuilt, suspension stays as is.

    There was this show on tv once, where an average guy was brought in to Exile Cycles and given 30 days to build a custom bike from scratch, If they got it done in the time limit, they could keep the bike. Almost everybody got screwed lacing the wheels! Apparently it's a pretty tough thing to do! Maybe it's just cuz I had a BMX in the '80s, but I always liked Mag wheels! Yay! I finally like the easy way!

    It's further away from the pipes than the picture than the picture makes it appear, the bracket is also cranked outwards.
    I feel privileged to have someone of your calibre monitoring progress.

    I see you are using Reticel rigid insulation in your walls. Smart choice, that is a top notch insulation product.

    Bike looks like it is coming along nicely, too. I rofl'd at the Hagon comment, sad when something like that is almost the entire value of the machine.
