Hello everyone, Just picked up my first Xj, So excited to start working on this bad boy.
Picked it up from the original owner, with 21k miles, clean title and no damages, starts right up and no issues. Came with a basic extended rear seat and sissy bars. Will post pics once home.

Can anyone suggest sporty handle bars, and what i should work on first? looking to give it that crotch rocket type of look, Any feedback for what i could do to it highly appreciated. Very handy and ready to get my hands dirty!

    Thanks
    -Ivana

Start by reading The Information Overload Hour (link in my signature). Get all of the maintainance caught up on (even good owners forget to do things), ride it for a season, then start your modifications over the winter when you can take your time.

Hey k-moe. I currently am riding a 2012 gsxr as my main ride, bought the xj to make it a fun summer build, looking forward to modding it all summer. Will catch up on all the maintaince of course just looking for some inspiration, to get the wheels rolling on what I'm doing on it. Will take a look at the link thanks!
