question about video editing

    not about bikes , i have done a second video of my bike but the whole video files is too dark does anyone know any cheap or free software to adjust brightness

    Windows XP comes with 'Windows Movie Maker'. Mine is located under Accessories menu. I have friends who used this software with great results. Under 'Tools>Video Effects' it has what you are looking for :wink:

    thanks for reply i tried to sort video with movie maker but its so bad i'll have to do it again with different camera setting

    its hard to add lighting that isnt there and it usually looks fake or washed out if you do.

    I'd say you would be on the right track doing it over again if possible. Just look for the fstop or the iris controls on the camera.

    Ive been doing this stuff forever as my main line of work so if you have any questions feel free to hit me up.

    Pinnacle makes a great video editing program that I have used many times. I use version 9 but I know v10 is out now, beleave new version can be picked up for around 85-95 dollars at local store (best buy here)

    thanks regulator i have version 8 of pininacle but i find i cannot import video files that are already saved to my pc do yopu know how i can do this
