    I received a 3rd Place trophy for the xj900rk today. 2nd Place trophy went to a 1941 Harley with a dirt/grease all over the right-hand side of it.....guess the judges didn't see that (or that he didn't ride it in---no license plate. 1st Place went to a 1986 Honda Shadow that was decently clean, but some non-original parts and a wild (but well-done)flame paint-job. (also a trailered-in bike)

    But hey, for a 900rk that was almost a memory, I now have three 1st Place trophies, and two 3rd Place trophies for it. ;)

    Congrats Dave! Judges probably would have voted for the Harley without even seeing it. Try finding a vintage bike mag that isn't 85-90% Harley!
