Were you thinking of me when you included the Police and EFI model in the same category? ;)

See my gallery for pictures of Police and EFI models.

Id vote on the 650 Maxim but its not listed there. Mine is an 82 and (hopefully) will be on the road soon! Shooting for Sept which is good since Aug is a bit warm here in Texas.

    Find a 650 Category

The Poll only allows so many options.
I couldn't cover some with a separate selection.
That's why I lumped all the 900's together.

Wow, there are a lot of smaller cycles..... 750cc is the smallest I've ever owned. It'd be fun to have a smaller lighter bike to zip around on, and get better mileage with.

I have never seen a 550 in New England. Well, at least not around Boston.

I took the Civil Service test (and will test for the Staties, when they put up dates), so depending on how that goes, you might see mine in a bit... If you happen to be in the area of Boston, Rockport, or Norwood.

Man, the Civil Service system is bizarre.

Can't speak for everybody Rick, but personally, I feel like I'm taking my life in my hands when I drive in and around Boston in my car, never mind on my little ol'550!

1985 Maxim 700. Got the petcock rebuild kit properly installed yesterday and no more filling crankcase and airbox with gas. Got the plates and stickers today. Now I just have 10 days to wait before I don't have to have a chaperone to ride it on the streets. Of course, I never ride without one now ;^)

    700 S here.

I got on it today for the first time from a stop light on a very long stretch of road, no cars BTW, The bike pulled so hard it just about took off out from underneath me . I had to grab the handle bars really hard to keep from falling off backwards. I only ran it up to 70 MPH in a 60. I wanted to see what it would do.

Once is enough thank you very much. ;)

as far east as you can get in michigan 43.027407,
i added my 550 maxim to the tally...

its becoming more and more disassembled in an attempt to clean it up after 13yrs of sitting...

my buddy hates the tank paint so i might get it redone. id rather spend the money on something else i think...

i got my exhaust off and saw that the 4-2 box is in really good shape...

82 750 Seca, just a bit more work (alternator brushes, throttle cable, front brakes, swing arm and steering head repack, and the forks overhauled).

    1983 XJ900RK Seca 900.

I have Tags on the Purple 750.
They are firmly attached with Heavy-Duty Plastic Tie Wraps.

    The 900 is Purple; too.
I have a canister of Heavy-Duty Plastic Tie Wraps on the bench.
There's a pair of Diagonals on the seat of the 900.

    Purple is Purple.
