83 XJ900 Half Moon cam cap seals

    Hi,
    Does anyone know where I can get some 83 XJ900 Half Moon cam cap seals? I don't see them listed anywhere. Even the book doesn't show them?

    They are integral with the valve cover gasket itself, not available as separate pieces.......

    That's just crazy lol So, do I need a new cam/valve head? Pics I have seen show the head, but those crescents are missing.

    I'll have to get creative. Thanks.

    No, just a new valvecover GASKET (the gasket has the half-circles built into it, not the head itself).
