Saw a vague, one sentence, no picture CL add for a Triumph for $2k. Called and got a pic, was over there by 5 PM. 2003 Speedmaster, 7k miles, newer tires, no damage/scratches. New chain, sprockets, and some fluids and ready to go. This ones going to my good neighbor, he started last year on a Rebel and wanted to upsize this year. Nice to ride, but I'll stick to the 4 cylinder bikes ;)

You should see it folded up .

There's actually two jackstands and it's stable, pic makes it look like one. Bike has provisions for a centerstand, but looks like one was never fitted as the paint is untouched. I guess it was an option, I see kits available.

Lol, no oil leaks so can't be a Harley. I think the old triumphs had leaks and electrical problems, never owned one.

Back when I had my grand wagoner the saying was "if it's not leaking, it's probably empty."

Awesome score, I've got a good buddy who bought a Speedmaster brand new and has nearly 60k on it now. A while back he had a 904(?) kit installed and loves it even more.

I currently have an 04 Speedmaster.
    Love these bikes
Yes the old ones like to leak. Never had many electrical problems with them.
To be completely honest had more electrical problems with my old XJs
