Looking for both LH & RH side fuel tank emblems in nice condition. Or just the RH, since I already have a LH emblem in fair condition and could replace that later.

I bought these a while ago, still waiting on them to arrive via very slow boat, so cannot vouch for quality just yet. They appear correct and the dimensions are spot on . . .

Those, being stick on vs. screw on, would probably fit an xj750 tank, but not xj650 Maxim. Unless the emblem happens to stick adequately onto your xj 650 tank and covers over the original emblem bracket. Let us know how it goes. Thanks.

WTF are you talking about LOL? Who has a friggin 650? Not me. YOUR sig says "750," as well. (Picture you posted is of a 650 though, LOL, maybe update your profile name, or PUT "looking for 650 tank emblems in OP?).

I too have one of my original emblems and it is, indeed, a "stick on."

There is NO friggen "bracket" on the tank to cover. . . . .

    Sheesh.

Yep, it's for the xj650 Maxim referenced in the photo in the post, the most common bike on the forum if I'm not mistaken. And Currently my only Maxim. My bad for not making it clear. Your bad for taking offense at my bad. And worse your going way overboard for that matter. Take it easy.

I might have a pair of original 650 badges - but they do not have the gold chrome surface layer intact. PM me if interested

I might have a right hand side one if you're still interested. My maxim went down on the left side so the right hand emblem is pretty much *new*. Gold and everything. you need airbox chrome trim too? I have those as well :).

And by *new* i mean i was given a set as new old stock, it's in very good condish IIRC.

Guy posts a request. I tried to help him out. Guy posts a "condescending" reply implying that I AM an ignoramus for buying the "wrong" badges for my bike, and even says "let us know how that goes."

LOL this is a guy with "750" in his screen name, BTW. Gonna "school" me about my "650," which I DON'T have . . .
    And my profile pic is of a 750 . . .

So no, I don't have a lot of patience for condescending pricks, that is certainly true.

    SHEESH.

(Joke would have been waaaaay funnier if I could find Maxim pins, but all they had was XJ900, FJ600, and Diversion. Oh well. Just trying to lighten the mood around here)
