Is this head gasket okay to use?

    looks broken. isn't that an oil port there? buy a new one so you do not have to replace it next year.

    Yics port, the oring will seal the port.
    a dab of rtv on the gasket.
    Your good to go.

    I wouldn't even bother with the RTV. That part of the gasket acts as a shim more than it does a gasket. As Polock said the o-ring is what seals the YICS port.
