80 Maxim - keeps on ticking

    I've been fixing a lot of little things on this bike since I got it. Just finished the front brake today.... caliper rebuild and new pads. Fortunately the PO drove it alot so the carbs are in good shape, although I plan to tune and sync them this fall.

    I drive this to work whenever its not raining or I need to haul something in my truck so it takes a licking and keeps on ticking. 45K miles so far and still going strong.

    I have the same model and year and mine looks nothing like that. Unfortunitly I have years of dirt Im slowly getting off. But it should still be running strong when its finaly clean!
