I couldn't find anything by searching, so maybe someone can give me a recommendation on a good set of JIS screwdrivers. Just looking for the minimum set needed to do basic maintenance on Japanese bikes.

We offer the JIS screwdrivers, individually or in sets, but all you really need is the #2 (the #1 size is only good for m3/m4 screws, like butterfly shaft screws and petcock face screws). Almost all "standard" screws (m5, m6) will use the #2 size. The #3 size is for really big screws, not many of those on these bikes.

Grinding a phillpis works in a pinch, but the face angles will still be different. I wouldn't use a gound phillips in a screw that I thought might be difficult to remove.
