glossary

I did a search first and found threads that mentioned doing a glossary but never found one. there are some terms that I came across browsing threads that I am un sure about like colortune, YICS tool, syncing (to do with carbs). there are many more that I cant think of right now but I think we should start a glossary and either put it in the links section, or make it a sticky. Everytime someone asks the meaning of a term thats used here (and has checked the glossary first) we should define it and add it to the glossary. I know it would help me understand things while I'm learning what makes these awsome machines of ours tick...

Compile a list of the terms and send it to me. I have already started on it. I have a list of them in my PC to send to those who need it. We could just post it as a sticky for all to use. This would save the time of waiting for a reply.

 

Don't forget SWMBO. Took me a long time to figgure that one out.

 

Oh.. so it's not just technical terms! LOL

I'll try and do some searches, and look for good definitions.

Methinks that it'll have to be revisable. I don't know what this website is capible of, but something wiki would be nice.
