Noticed this after a shop changed out the original (bent) forks for me right after I bought my 750 Seca. The antidive units seem to not be functioning at all...forks bottom out pretty easily, and it rides noticeably different now than it did the few times I rode it before swapping out the forks. The brake lines seem to be set up correctly, but I know very little about how the system works, and I've not been able to find any info at all online about similar cases. What might be causing this?

There are caps on the bottom of the anti-dive units. Under those caps are the adjusters for the anti-dive stiffness. 1 is less 5 is more. Try adjusting them as a first step. You may also want to bleed the brake lines at the anti-dive bleeders to make sure there is no air in the lines at that point.
You should also ask the shop what weight fork oil they used. 20 weight is specified, 10 is more commonly used in other bikes, and 15 weight is preferred by me.

Great, thank you so much. I'll check the adjusters tomorrow, and I'm replacing the front brake lines soon, anyway.

Man, if this bike ever gets fully operational again, it will be almost 100% thanks to your knowledge, haha.
