slip the muffer on and route it upwards to the right side of the bike. I seem to remember the bracket goes on the eyelet on the muffler to the rear set foot peg. I can get a picture up if you need it still.

    They sent 3 on purpose!

They found-out you were a Member of XJBikes.com and expect you to mess-up hanging that silencer and ruining the first two!!!

    LOL

Rick, I thought XJers only needed two. They mess up the first one, but before the wreck the next, they get the proper info on XJbikes.

LOL, it is in there pretty well.

I ended up clamping some vice grips to it's lip and beating on the vice grips with a 3 pound sledge. Once it has been out a few times it gets easier.

It is way to quiet imho with the baffle in, but wayyy too loud with it out. Sounds best with 1/2 inch holes drilled in strategic locations of the baffle. :)

Overall what would you rate the quality of the exhaust, excluding the whole no instructions/too many parts thing? I would like an exhaust in better shape than the one I've got, and don't quite know for sure whether or not an old stock one is where I'm headed. If you can could you post some pics of it? Especially around the headpipe bends and header collector?

    Thanks!
