Had to run up a mountain to help set up a yoot camp, and after I was done decided to take the long way home... on a USFS hardpack/gravel road called "washboards on switchbacks". It's posted as a 1-1/2 lane, 20mph road with 15mph switchbacks - which is fine for 4 wheels. On two it's more 10-15 - what with dodging the occasional uplifting boulder, 6" deep holes and small washouts, the street suspension wasn't the best tool for the job. But the new tires helped anyway.

Still, a fun way to spend 5 hours...

Those are the best rides, and exactly why I try to maintain a generous amount of gas in the tank :)
